Week Planner
The week view is the main screen of Study-Track. It shows your entire schedule as a calendar grid: imported classes, manual sessions, and deadlines all in one place.
Navigating
- ← → arrows: move one week backward or forward
- Today button: jump back to the current week
- Day / Week toggle: switch between a single-day and full-week layout
Adding a session manually
- Tap or click on any empty time slot in the grid
- A quick-add panel slides in from the side
- Fill in:
- Subject: which class or activity
- Type: lecture, exercise, self-study, etc.
- Start time and duration
- Tap Save
The session appears as a block in the grid immediately.
Editing an existing event
Tap any block to open the edit panel. You can change the subject, type, time, duration, or add notes. Tap Save when done.
Deleting an event
Open an event and tap Delete at the bottom of the panel. On mobile, you can also swipe left on the block.
Colour coding
Each subject gets a colour automatically when imported or created. To change a subject's colour, go to Settings → Classes, tap the subject, and pick a new colour.
All-day events
Deadlines and public holidays appear in the all-day row at the top of each day column. They don't count toward study hours.
Importing your schedule
For a full timetable import from your university, see Importing Your Timetable. Imported classes show up in the week view automatically with their original colours and names.
