Import from Smartschool

Smartschool is used by many Belgian secondary schools and higher-education institutions. Study-Track can import your timetable directly: no file download required.

Steps​

  1. In Study-Track, go to Settings → Timetable

  2. Tap Add timetable

  3. Search for your institution by name and select it from the list

  4. Study-Track will ask for your Smartschool calendar URL (see below)

  5. Paste the URL and tap Import

Finding your Smartschool calendar URL​

  1. Log into your Smartschool account
  2. Open your personal agenda or timetable
  3. Look for a Share, Subscribe, or Export option: this gives you an ICS/calendar URL
  4. Copy the full URL (it usually contains a long token and ends in .ics)
Can't find the option?

The exact location varies by school and Smartschool version. Try looking under your profile menu → Agenda settings, or contact your school's IT helpdesk.

After importing​

Your classes appear in the week view within seconds. Each subject gets a colour automatically. Change subject colours any time in Settings → Classes.

Keeping it up to date​

Smartschool feeds are live: when your timetable changes, tap Re-import in Settings → Timetable to pull the latest version.
